Question / Help I can't switch above 360p

When I stream 360p quality is okay, but when I click a higher quality setting on youtube, I got just black screen with loading bar. I have more than 15Mbit/s upload speed.. 30fps with 720p and veryfast setting...
I dont have a clue what's going on. I had never got succes above 360p.. Cpu and memory consumption is not extreme (i5)

You're streaming at 720p, if you're not getting 720p as a quality option, that's on the streaming service you're using
If you're not able to see at 720p on the site you're using, that's also something for the streaming service's support team to handle.
