I have a problem with my obs, it won't let me transmit on kick. can you help me with that

I am having issues with streaming to Kick as well. I tried both OBS and restream.io studio encoder. Both were sending signal to Kick successfully no disconnect, but my Kick only goes only for half a second online and then switches back offline.

I've attached a quick log, from a basically-clean profile, trying to stream directly to Kick, with the only output being a blank screen (though it doesn't matter if there's stuff on screen).
Here's the settings I used - note that they're within the recommended settings:
I've tried every guide and suggestion I could find and follow (a lot of guides are for Windows [I'm on Linux], and not specific to Kick). Some Kick streamers report that they got it working by setting their stream resolution below the recommended, or otherwise going below settings. Others have reported that they've only managed to get Kick working with other software - which does get me wondering if the issue lies with OBS, to be honest.
As for me, since options for streaming software are limited, the only thing that's worked for me is to stream through Restream.io - which theoretically doesn't change your stream settings, but I'm guessing they gotta do some re-encoding if people with free accounts are stuck with their watermark (myself among them).
That or briefly streaming through the SL app on my Android tablet, just for a test (it worked).
And yes, I've also tried all sorts of other settings that weren't even mentioned. No luck.

This is the OBS windows support forum.
You should write on the OBS Linux support forum.
Make sure you have everything updated.
Create a new profile and try connection to Kick from there. Make sure the server is correct.
