Hi im having a totally huge problem when i stream on facebook its so laggy when i play moba on my ipad. So i checke the stream and when i control my character it lags it lags while moving i say no dropped frames and the cpu is below 10 when i stream to different streams its not laggy pls help here is my cpu intel core i3 6006u 2.00ghz 2cores 4threads 4gb ram intel hd 520 encoder im using (QSV) Pls help me fix the problem i cant stream on facebook,
