Hi, thank you all for the help, o hope somone can fix my problem...
I have this mac
https://everymac.com/systems/apple/...5-2.7-13-early-2015-retina-display-specs.html
I need to do some tutorial with logic pro.
When i use the auto setup (for recording, not streaming), the video is allways not clear, like if it's rescaled, and the letters with logic pro are unreadable...
How can i setup to do the lightest video with best quality for logic pro (Logic has mini charachter, so i need the best resolution to see well the arrange...).
Maybe i have to setup the output video as the input (who has the same resolution of my macbook pro?)

Thank youuu

Set your canvas and output resolution to the native resolution of your display. Do not turn on scaling.

Reduce your FPS to something low enough that you don't get rendering or encoding lag-- say, try, 15 fps.

If you just need to record the full desktop (to composit/edit as a tutorial for later), it's probably easier to just use Quicktime's screen recording functionality. It will record at full desktop resolution (which _will_ eat up a lot of disk space e.g. on a 5k iMac), but the performance is decent.
