Question / Help I can't seem to add a second web cam.

New Member
I can't seem to add a second web cam using the new OBS. I'm using two Logitech 930's. I am confused about the scene and the device.

It seems like it should be easy. I'm into hours and days trying to make two cams work. One cam no problem. I've had two cams up momentarily but it doesn't work. Crashes.
 
Can you delete your previous posts and attach one log file to your post? At least, this is incomplete logs.

Start OBS, make New Profile and New Scene Collection.
  1. Plug-in first device to the PC. Add one 'Video Capture Device' source (choose plugged device from the drop down list).
  2. Plug-in second device to the PC. Add another one 'Video Capture Device' source (choose new plugged device from the drop down list).
Edit 1: Also, try to uninstall any logitech software that may use the webcam. You only need device driver for it to work.

Edit 2: last option for you is to install univerlas video driver for your webcam (no HD functions), http://support.logitech.com/en_in/a...ur-Logitech-webcam?product=a0qi00000069v0MAAQ

I am trying to make 2 Logitech C930e's (Pro Web Cam 960) run and be able switch from scene to scene. I've tried everything I can find to do. After many hours and days I have still yet figured out why it won't work. Please help.
