I can't see the full screen when I try to capture VHS video with a startech converting product.

I can only see about 1/6 of the video screen and the rest of the screen shows what my logitech camera is seeing and that's how it is recording also. I tried to unplug my camera but that doesn't help. Any suggestions? My log file is https://obsproject.com/logs/PjCZFw7wO4ksNCBW
