I can't run OBS studio on windows 7 (read description)

I have a windows 7, 64 bit computer, and i got obs a couple months ago, but I was setting up a livestream today when the entire thing crashed, and I was forced to close the app. When i tried to re-open it, I would get an error message saying: "CPU is not compatible, or display drivers need to be updated" (thats a the closest to the message as I can remember), I deleted it, and re-installed it multiple times but I would get the same result. Please help
