Line 92 in your log (and in several other places):
21:06:28.295: [NVENC encoder: 'recording_h264'] Failed to open NVENC codec: Invalid argument

You have some settings selected that are incompatible with each other. Might be better sticking with the presets.

As to the incompatible settings, if I had to guess, it would be using lossless and 2-pass, which is beyond silly. Why would a person try to 2-pass a fully realized bitrate? There's no need to try and normalize/average out the bitrate when using lossless, because if you could normalize/average the bitrate, it wouldn't be lossless.

Either way you have some settings that don't mesh with each other, so find and fix that, and you should be good (assuming your HD-subsystem can record lossless without crashing/freaking out).

Okay so after I changed GPU to 0 it works now.
