i cant record on 59.94 fps

hi all am using elgato 60s+ with my ps4 to record my gameplay and i cant get any good recording videos its always lagging when i open recording from output i choosed these setting but when i record every time obs doesnt stop like this

Click the Tools menu in the top (see your second screenshot) and then the first option "Auto-Configuration Wizard".

But first try changing the QuickSync Target Usage from Balanced to Quality and lower your Keyframe to 2 or 1.
Also make sure that your Elgato is set to 59.94 FPS.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Also, never record to MP4 directly. There's a big orange warning message there for a reason.
