I cant re-download Obs

I deleted obs and later wanted to redownload it but It keeps on saying its already running I not that good with pcs but I have looked everwhere and have yet to find obs running anywhere on my pc can someone help me ?

I have the same problem; plus, I did something when I did have it downloaded. It wouldn't launch; it only showed stats with no way out.

Some other applications run OBS in the background. Check task manager and kill off any obs64.exe processes.
