I can't play media after closing OBS

Hi! I am having a problem with OBS and it is that every time I open the program (or close it) I cannot play any type of multimedia file on my pc, be it on youtube, twitch, spotify or whatsapp audios. To fix this I have to restart my computer.

This seems very strange to me and if you know any solution I would appreciate it!
