Bug Report I cant open the OBS on w7 more than once

I was experiencing a problem that the OBS when I first open everything correctly with the only fault that does not start the recording .... but when I close it and I will not let it reopen I would need help please thanks :(

pd:
process opens but quits almost instantly in the task manager, in windows 10 worked fine for me

My computer has these requirements:
-i7 6700k
-NVIDIA Gtx 750ti
-16 GB RAM
-Windows 7 Professional x64
