I can't live stream on Twitch

I tried going live but this error message always appears (Could not acess the specified channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. if it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server.), I used Twitch bandwidth test and I am disconnected from all servers.

It could be a firewall blocking the rtmp protocol, a missconfiguration on the router/modem/ISP network. Or other program causing this, including antimalware, a malware itself...
