hi there i have a problem i use touch portal to make a button to play a file ".mp3" or a "mp4" with green screen and the problem i have its i cant hear the sound i need to put desactivate monitorization and put again monitorization and out to heart it but if press again i cant hear nothing or only few seconds of the file .
