--------------------------------------------------------------------
You are using old software. We are on version 19.0.3. Go upgrade:
17:18:00.640: OBS 0.16.6 (windows)
Way too high of a resolution. Go change this to Custom 640x480 to cut down on processing
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Audio Sample Rate
------------------------------------------------------------
17:18:00.641: audio settings reset:
17:18:00.641: samples per sec: 44100
Set this to 48khz and all your sound devices in Playback and Recording to 48khz to avoid resampling.
PC vs Console Gaming
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Playing a PC game versus an XBox One game being captured by Elgato are two entirely different environment setups. When you switch to PC, you are putting way more strain on your computer system.
You're using 64 bit Windows 10. Its basic minimum memory requirements are 2GB. You have 2GB installed. I seriously would reccommend you get more memory if you are going to be running games and streaming on this same system.
17:18:00.631: Physical Memory: 2047MB Total, 2047MB Free (NOTE: 2 or 4 gigs max is normal for 32bit programs)
17:18:00.631: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 15063 (revision: 296; 64-bit)
Further, H1Z1 minimum memory requirement is 4GB.
AMD Encoder
