Question / Help I can't find the right settings!

So I just want to record (not stream.) but the settings I keep trying to use are lagging my pc when I'm in the game. here are the full specs of my PC if anyone could please give me good settings with 1080p and 60fps..

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core Processor, 3500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Graphics card:NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

Ram:8 GB
Tell me if I need to provide anymore specs..

For high-quality, no fuss recordings, use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder. In your case you'll either have to go with x264 or NVENC. Test each to see which works better for you.

When I'm recording I go into CSGO and its choppy in the game... Anyway to fix this? ill give any info you need to help me PLEASEE

Use the "Software (x264 low cpu use preset)" encoder
And make sure to turn OFF the in game overlay in the nvidia geforce experience.

That log doesn't show you attempting to record.
Also, display capture is the worst capture type to use performance-wise
