I think this has to do with FPS? Like, in-game performance test says that FPS sometimes climbed to 80 while I'm recording at 60. I'm just going to have to provide a link to the video itself, I can't explain it adequately

Look at 1:50, it does this at times but often to a lesser effect, it is as if it jumps back in time, to sync? with my voice

As I think this is an FPS issue, I won't throw system specifics unless requested

Afraid I do not, the folder is empty. I have recorded a couple hours of footage afterwards, of games where this was not an issue.
I should have mentioned, this is an issue that only exists with this game (Dawn of War 2) and Starcraft 2.
