That's not the correct one. You need the 2013 version. If you look on the front page, there's about two or three posts already stating where to dl it.

found a fix here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...l-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package you need to download x64 and x86 incase anyone else needs a fix
