Question / Help I can't download again obs? (Resolved)

I uninstalled it and now I want to upload it again and yes there's is no need for the log (I UNINSTALLED IT).Sorry if I need to ask the support but English isn't my maternal language (I know I could ask the French support, but I used it in English). What do I do? I try everything and nothing working properly...I think I try everything and I don't know where to post my question...

I try and it doesn't work. I did download, but I can't open it after installing it completely...English isn't my maternal language...--' But it's like if it wasn't finished of uploading but it is...I don't have the icon that I had is like a window but not the round thingy that is the logo of OBS (the back round thing) and when I upload it. 'the computer said that it could find it...--' I'LL TRY Three time in a row and don't remember if I did a restart...Sorry kinda in a rush so...--' And I can't download it by google chrome obliged to use Microsoft edge...

No help at all!!!!!!! T^T I waited month and no one give me help ;p T¨T You supposed to help me I USE GOOGLE CHROME :P AND IT IS HARD TO GET THE THING OUT OFF GOOGLE CHROME!

http://hpics.li/c1b6bfb here's the message and I need to install another program now? What? I don't have my own computer and not the money so I use one of my parents and it is the newest one so we use windows 10. I don't know what Intel is so. And that also means I'm NOT the ADMINISTRATOR...

I believe that error is saying that the file you're trying to run has been moved/is no longer located there. The most common reason that would happen is if it gets quarantined by antivirus software. Make sure your security software isn't interfering. Worst case scenario you could try downloading the ZIP version of the program instead.

I think I'll do that because we have Norton and I think is the reason why...--' It doesn't have enough info for Norton Security (it is an antivirus) to let it past. ;) Ps: The other antivirus we had have broken the other computer we have. (we still have it, we fixed by changing the antivirus to Norton).

Edit: I had to do it with the zip because I am not an admin. So might have had an influence. ;) For the moments it seems fine might need to check if it does records and I can find my files (last time it was my problems). ;)
