Question / Help I Can't Connect To Any Twitch Servers Anymore

I was streaming without issues a couple of days ago, and today when i was gonna do the same thing, its failing to connect me to anyservers. i updated obs studios to the latest version, but nothing changed. same problem there aswell. here's my current log files - https://gist.github.com/anonymous/8b4ddbabd749cc6886d5c56ffa6fcfed . all i can see is that it says "Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'obs-browser.dll' " , but i dont know what i can do with this or what it means for that matter. Any help would be appreciated! i have double checked stream key, i tried every server there is to connect to btw

also a problem where obs doesn't proporly close itself, and sometimes crashes. it was working perfectly fine a couple of days ago and i really dont know why this is happening all of a suddan
