At first I thought it was an isssue with Preys latest update as I was able to stream Dead Cell perfectly fine, when I went to stream Diablo 3 with a friend and my game/pc started freezing/hitching, the update from the win 10 thread 'works' but not really, everything else but the game is basically frozen and not updating, I really hope you're able to fix the issue.
