I cannot pause my recording by pressing my hotkey, when I used to be able to.

It used to have the option "Pause Recording" beneath Start, but for some reason that has disappeared and I cannot find a way to fix this. It will not let me pause anymore. My hotkeys work for everything else, but the video will not pause.
