Question / Help I cannot improve Stream quality.

I bought one stream computer, although my system was more than enough to stream.But I can not improve the quality of the stream whatever I have done.

i have 100mbps download / 10mbps Upload

My Gaming Setup

Intel Core i7-8700K 5.00GHZ
GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 7
Corsair H100i v2 Cpu Cooler
Asus Strix GTX 1080 O.C Edition
2x8 16GB Corsair Vengeance 2800MHZ
Corsair Force M2 Sata MP510 480GB
Samsung 750 EVO SSD 250GB
Seagate 1TB HDD

My Stream Setup
Intel Core i7 6700
Msi Armor Gtx 1080
Corsair 16Gb Ram
250gb ssd etc.

I would change a few things (one at a time so you can see the effect of each.) I would make my canvas size match my stream size; I would lower my frame rate to 30 and I would lower my bit rate to 3000. You will be very lucky to get a stream of 6000 and 60 fps on 10Mb up. If you are recording, I would use the stream encoder to record with as well.

I cannot take advantage of having 10mbps upload. When I test it by recording, it looks like mud. I tried several configurations but I couldn't find the right one.I'm about to eat the head. Some people stream much higher quality than me with 3mbps upload.

I updated my system but in vain .. I still have a terrible image quality.
My Current stream setup

Ryzen 9 3900x
Msi x570 Pro Carbon Wifi
Msi Armor Gtx 1080 Gpu

but my stream quality wretched.
