Question / Help I CANNOT FIND THE RIGHT SETTINGS FOR MY MACBOOK FOR OBS

It’s keeps lagging and skipping and saying encoding is overloaded I’ve tried multiple tutorials and non seem to work

Which settings are you using?
Probably the CPU is just too slow (or gets throttled too much because the temperature is too high after a few minutes of load, and then is too slow)

Change CPU Usage preset to superfast or ultrafast.

Yes, i saw the screenshot of your hardware, so i assumed the cpu is just too slow ;)

Things you can do to lower the CPU usage:
Change CPU preset, as Narcogen suggested already
Lower resolution
Change downscale filter to bilinear (or reduce the base resolution, so base = output resolution, should also improve performance)
