Question / Help I cannot figure out how to delay webcam and mic to match game capture device

I have been streaming using OBS Multiplatform for a few months now. I have noticed that due to the delay on my game capture device, my webcam and mic are ahead of the gameplay. Is there a way I can delay the webcam and mic to match the incoming game capture? I have searched through all of the properties and could not figure it out. Please Help

You have to find the exact delay of your capture card (if it's elgato it's 650ms), and set the same delay for your webcam and microphone.

To setup a delay for the microphone, you have to do it in the mixer (settings button above your active audio sources).
To setup a delay for your webcam, you have to go into "filters" on the source, and give it the audio/video filter "video delay".

I'm having that same issue. I go to mixer on obs studio for my mix amp (tried it on my actual microphone too) and try to delay it. I type in the milliseconds I want it to delay and it doesn't delay at all?
