I cannot connect to Facebook LIVE

The problem I am facing is that I can not go LIVE on Facebook, I have tried everything logging out and logging back in trying logging in manually, but still the same error message pops up please can you have a look at the reports for me, please looking forward for feedback please email malo.toe@pmn.co.nz the report error id 1727650310-3baa3259-940e-4d45-85e3-dcbe2df72e58 I attached the reports & screenshot of the problem
