I cannot choose video format with Cam Link 4k?

So I have connected my Cam Link, but the videos are coming out nowhere near HD. The camera and Cam Link are able to handle 1080p, so I looked online, where it advised to use a YUY2 format. But when I go onto the Properties menu for the Cam Link, Video Format is greyed out and set to Any. How do I change this so I can see if YUY2 solves my poor video quality?
