I am trying to do a recording with a PowerPoint. I've put the PPT in 'Browsed by Individual (window)' and selected Play from Start. I then choose Window Capture. The issue is that nothing shows up in the dropdown menu to choose in Window Capture - not either of my screens or any applications. Any ideas?

I am having a similar issue. I am trying to capture a video played by QuickTime player but it does not show up.

I found this using a google search. It solved my issue: Make sure OBS has permission to perform capture in System Preferences > Privacy.
