I Can Only Hear Spotify When OBS Is Open

As the title says, I can only hear my music when OBS is open. When I close it, Spotify will still play my music but I won't be able to hear it. This started when I downloaded an OWN3D PRO overlay preset. I deleted it and everything, uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it, but to no avail. I can hear YouTube videos with it closed, its literally just Spotify I can't hear without OBS being open. Someone please help I am losing it right now

okay so i deleted another plugin i had (VB cable) and restarted my pc and now spotify works, i can finally sleep in peace (2:32 am)
