I can not solve my latency issue with my Apollo Twin

Hello

i have followed all the instructions from youtube videos I can find and adjust the settings in the advanced properties but the latency does not change. Even if I try to set it wide apart to see if it Is actually working nothing happens.

Has anyone else had this issue? what am i not doing ?
