Question / Help I can not change the bit rate while streaming to NVENC.

If I stream x264 and quicksync, I changed the bitrate on the way and it was immediately applied to the streaming.
However, when streaming with nvenc, the bitrate does not apply even if I change the bitrate on the way.
This is possible with xsplit. But I want to keep obs.
Is there a way?

why would you want to change bitrate on the fly when you are online?
I'm a Korean.
The bandwidth of Korean server is 10000K or more.
At first, 8000K transmission to Korean server is possible.
But until the real-time viewer reaches 20 people, viewers will see the broadcast through the North American server.
The bandwidth of the North American server is 3000K ~ 4000K.
So I started broadcasting at 3000K first, and when the relay server was changed to Korean server, I broadcasted it at 8000K.
This is why I have this option.

well if we are talking about twitch it is abuse of their rules most probably
going back to nvenc - every encoder is different, looks like nvenc simply doesn't allow / support this.
yes feel free to change the software to the one you like most

just in case the internet connection isn't consistent
@Mario345 please stop answering posts if you have no idea what you are talking about. I have seen you lately posting mostly wrong information. please stop
If internet connection is not stable changing bitrate is not a solution
