Question / Help I can no longer stream games. It freezes

So i`ve been streaming for a while with no problems what so ever and then, out of the blue, my OBS started to freeze while streaming. After a day or two it simply stopped allowing me to do it at all.

I have a black screen and even though i`ve tried following every single tutorial I could find to fix it, it just doesn`t work.

The only thing that replaces the black screen is when I tab into the game and then tab out once again. The black screen becomes a screenshot of the game, but nothing else happens. It stays frozen like that forever even though the sound is working fine.

I saw somwehere that it has something to do with non-powerful rigs, but that can`t be my case since I have quite a good one.

If I try to stream my desktop with the game running on the background it slowly drops in FPS until it`s completely frozen

My rig:
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.50GHz
8GB memory ram
Windows 8.1 64x
GeForce gtx970 4gb

Idk what to do anymore...

Pretty close to my same issue, I have done everything i could find in the forums, the responses i get back is that its my internet, but i get 88 on upload and 15 on download, I get high steady FPS in games, this just started a couple days ago, but haven't had anybody from obs say its anything wrong with the program. I have a new computer, had comcast check everything out. everything i do works perfectly, but OBS.

Here is the log.
After reading it, it seems like it`s missing a bunch of DLL files. I have no idea how to acquire those though :/

I have just literally found out what`s happening after reading to the logs myself and researching about it.

So basically, in my case, it`s all about "security level" and by that I mean that both the game and OBS Studio have to be running in the administrator mode.

So basically, if you`re starting the game through it`s executable, just select "Run as administrator". If you`re running it from steam, check the game`s folder for the .exe file, right click it then select properties. After that select the tab Compatibility and check the box next to "run this program as an administrator"

I`m not 100% sure that`s what`s happening yet, but i`ve tested it with 2 games with and without admin mode and it only worked as an adm

I do have a new problem now though. My stream gets laggy 1 min after it starts until it completely freezes, then after a while it goes to 1fps and then back to 0fps, changing the stream`s screen to whatever i was doing at that exact moment.
The only thing that can be heard is my voice. OBS also starts using 99% of the CPU during that time.

Idk what`s happening since every other software and my GPU can all stream at the same quality with no problems.
