so basically My School and I have made a deal and we tried to do a 24 hrs stream and that did not work so they told me to do in my free time and when they said that I was like 'YEAH' until I looked at my audio mixer and obs64 is looping my mic I tried streamlabs discord server and they send me here

Streamlabs discord send you here? So you are not using their branch/mod of OBS (SLOBS or Streamlabs OBS)?
If you are using their modded version of OBS, they should help you.

Other than that, there are sticky threads in here...one will show you, how to post a log file, which is like the minimum of information that is needed, to figure out, what the problem might be.
