I can hear my microphone in OBS

Hi, I've had this problem for a while but I'm just now deciding to seek help. None of the other threads I've seen with this issue have been helpful. I'm posting the log file here.

- I've already made sure monitoring was off.
- I've already made sure "listen to this device" in my microphone's properties are turned off.

Make sure you don't have your stream open in a browser
Check your Desktop Audio, just in case
Also, reduce your capture Only one per scene
