Question / Help I can hear Audio from PS4, but it does not Record.

I'm trying to record Using PS4 > Elgato HD60 > to My Monitor + USB to my PC. I can hear the Audio from the PS4 in my PC headphones...it shows up as being heard by OBS Studio, but Elgato shows no wave movement. When I go to record, the only thing that is picked up is my Mic. Again, Desktop Audio picks up the PS4, I can hear it in my headphones, but when I go to Record, there is no audio in the recording. Desktop Audio is set to one track, my mic to another, and the Elgato to another. The Elgato in OBS Studio shows no wave movement, Desktop Audio is picking up the Sound, but If I mute the audio it still can be heard in my headphones....
I'm all messed up. Can anyone post how they record their set-up for PS4, Elgato HD60, and OBS Studio settings...a video...a link...a hint or tip? Thank you very much for any help.

Check the settings for video capture, is the audio at the bottom set at WaveOut or DirectSound?
