Question / Help I can’t even get it to install

I’m having issues just with even installing the program.

I've copied screenshots of the issues I'm getting here.

I have a crappy Levano laptop that pobable contributes to this. The other problem is that I'm not very technical literate.

I need very dumbed down help, please.

It's cutting off the bottom half of my recording. There's nothing I can seem to do to get it to stop doing this.
I'm using a browser, input the address and it just cuts the bottom part of it off.
