Hello, I am unable to fast forward or rewind the recordings. I can only watch the video playback as if it were a movie on TV. I can't interact with it to move it forward or backward.

Can someone help me?

Did you record to fragmented MP4/MOV? If so, try Matroska Video instead and remux to MP4 if necessary. Have you tried VLC to watch those recordings?
