Question / Help I am trying to record World of tanks for my twitch channel and the video comes out choppy...

hey so im having this problem of where im recording a session of world of tanks (not a huge game in terms of cpu and gpu usage) and im getting about 120 fps give or take and on my recording i went from 60 to the one below it and the one bellow it option about like 49.5 i belive around there and the video still comes out choppy no matter what i do.. and yet while i have recorded other games such as fortnite they run rather smoothly ingame and the recording that comes out of it

Turn Off Windows 10 game DVR and Game Mode.
After that, limit ingame fps, until the GPU load always stays under 95% while gaming and check your network + internet connection, because you loose even more frames due to bandwidth/connection issues, than you loose because of rendering lag (GPU overload / Game Mode).

ok i turned off game mode but couldnt turn off DVR it wasnt there , also limited fps and my GPU load playing world of tanks is only 18% , and ty il try to find out if theres anything wrong with my internet connection might as well buy a better adaptor
