Question / Help I AM NEW TO THIS!

I have an iPad2 8.1.3 but no Mac. I want to use OBS to broadcast on Periscope with my iPad. Will it be possible to use OBS to do this with the iPad that I have?? I understand that most do not like to answer questions from newbies, but we all were once. I Would truly appreciate the help.

Whatever software it would be, it would have to be designed specifically for the ipad.

Correct, it does NOT run on any ipad.
