I do Livestreams of Broadway and concert performers. I want to be able to "spotlight" a solo performer using 100% of the existing light in a nice circle, and dim everything else around that, but not entirely. I Also need to be able to easily move that spot light a bit and to iris it down if possible. the closest I have come is by using a round mask on my video, and a duplicate of the video "underneath" at 40% opacity, saving that as a scene and then fading into and out of that. BUT the mask is static, so I can't move it or iris it. A really cool plug in sould be great but I have searched all over to try to find this with no luck.
I am looking for a Spotlight Effect that does not entirely remove everything that is not in the spotlight
