I accidentally pulled the red bar from the menu and I only filmed a little, can I recover the rest of the parts that came out of the frame?

I have a problem with a video, by mistake, in the menu from obs I pulled the red bar that shows the part you are filming and I moved to the corner, I didn't realize, after seeing the video I tried to look for a solution but no I found, I really need this video, can I find a solution so I can recover the footage? I want to mention that you can see the black screen and very little while I filmed, about 5-10% at the bottom of the screen.

Sorry, no, you can not recover more video than what shows in your recording. The lesson to learn? Make test recordings before your final production.
