I need advice, what is minimal/optimal HW requirements for OBS and 4k video streaming in 30FPS in H265?

Streaming services are not important for me, I plan to stream it into my own webpage and basicaly plan is OBS server -> HLS encoder -> web. I just do not know, what HW to use for OBS server for UHD/4k.
