Question / Help Huge Performance hit while using NVENC H.254

Hello! so i've been using obs studio for a good amount of time now and i've always been able to Stream/record with any game i play. But for some reason now that i'm on obs studio 19.0.3., i've been seeing some huge hits while streaming and recording can anybody help me fix this problem? Also note : that i didn't update windows the new update because i know it causes a bunch of problems with audio and other stuff.

That log contains no stream/record attempt.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Looks like you're just barely overloading your GPU. Are you capping FPS in the game to avoid maxing out the GPU?
