I can't solve the problem with friezes.

From the very first second and up to about 11 minutes, stable 60fps in 1080. Then you can see how the FPS starts to fall slowly and by the 15th-16th minute it's an ugly slide show. Bitrate was 15000 CBR.
The game itself looks fine with no lags and over 100FPS. Everything is great there.
Then I brake the broadcast, I changed bitrate settings to VBR. Bitrate 15000.
My friend joins me and from the 21st minute to the 26th everything is fine, but then it's an impossible slide show. The game itself again looks fine with no lags and over 100FPS.
Again, I brake the broadcast and reduce the bitrate to 6000.
From the 28th to the 30th minute everything is fine. But near the 41st minute FPS falls again.
With the Internet, with PC, with the game- no problem at all.
The configuration of the company is i5 6600k, 16gb ram, 1060 3gb. Encoded via nvenc. But through the x264 - same bullshit plus a have lags in the game.
I'm already tired of fighting it.
