Question / Help Huge FPS drop in Minecraft Fullscreen using Game Capture

Hey guys, so a couple weeks ago I could stream Minecraft no problem hitting my capped 144 fps. I tried to stream today however and for some reason, I can't even hit 30 reliably. To test if it was at all on Minecraft side I turned off obs and uncapped my fps, which allowed my fps to hit 300. I've upgraded my drivers and tried tinkering with the encoding to no luck. Any and all help would be appreciated
