Huge File Size

I'm using OBS to record my screen during online classes and forums. However, the file size is way too big.....2hr of recording takes 15GB and I wonder is there anything I could do to shrink the file size. Currently everything is in default.
I would really like to know how to deal with this issue, thank you!

You can lower the quality or the bitrate, depending on your recording settings. Lower quality/lower bitrate results in smaller files. You have to balance between your quality demand and disk space restriction.
