Huge File Size and Roblox Lag

Hey, so I recorded a small test recording to test OBS, I switched to Bandicam for a bit, but that was too sketchy.

I recorded a 14 second video that is 1920x1080 with 30 fps, and it was 8.68 MEGABYTES!
Plus, there was a LOT of lag in the recording, here is a log file

Your logs shows you are using CRF which aims for constant quality. If you are concerned about file size, use CBR or VBR.

Try using QuickSync (QSV) instead of x264.
