Question / Help Huge audio sync issue at first startup with LGP c875

Hey guys. For awhile I've been told by my viewers that I get a huge gap between my game audio and video sync. This seems to go away when I shut down OBS and restart it. I ran a test to confirm. I turned on OBS, started the stream and saw that the audio was coming way ahead of the video. I turned OBS off and then back on and the audio was back in sync.

Anyone have any experience with this happening? What could be the cause of it?

I'm using the Avermedia LGP c875 capture card. I've uploaded the log file from the out of sync stream from the test.

I ran a stream just now and even after testing with a quick recording, restarting OBS and going live there's still that desync. I would really appreciate some help here because this is becoming unpredictable and downright frustrating. https://gist.github.com/309605dc61ddb440587aa7f55fa7338e
