How to use OBS to stream and record videos on Meta's social media platforms without getting banned

I have downloaded OBS Multi-RTMP 0.7.3.0 for Windows x64, which enables multi-platform live streaming. However, pre-recorded videos used for live streams are prone to account bans. Are there alternative methods to achieve my goal of streaming pre-recorded videos across different social media platforms? These videos are intended for showcasing case studies to clients.
