How to use my Pc's Hdmi input port on obs studio

My PC has an hdmi input port. How do I stream from a ps4 or nintendo switch to my pc on obs studio using my hdmi input port? I searched online and I was only able to find tutorials on how to stream using hdmi capture cards. Obs studio can't seem to detect the nintendo switch connected to my pc via the hdmi input port.
